I'm Alexis M. Lott

With 10 years of experience as a designer turned brand coach, I built a business that allowed me the financial freedom and flexibility to manage life with Sickle Cell and ADHD. Like many, I faced challenges—undercharging, difficult clients, and unpredictable income—until I mastered strategies that transformed my business.

Now, I’m on a mission to help you achieve the same freedom. Let’s work together so you can earn more, manage your money with confidence, and fully enjoy your creative gifts.

My Story

I always knew I wanted to go far in life, but struggles with the chronic illness sickle cell disease and ADHD felt like insurmountable obstacles to overcome. After graduation, I thought my future was a guaranteed success. Then once I started having to manage my health with regular 9-5 employment my mind and body made this inconsistent.

I felt frustrated and helpless, but I had worked too hard to let my dreams slip away. I dove into graphic design and came up with a system that allowed me to better manage my time, visually see my income and learn new money principles such as Profit First. Now I empower other creatives on their journey to financial freedom.

Why I Do It

Freelance entrepreneurship is not a term I ever heard growing up. While my parents did their best to provide for our family, they lived paycheck to paycheck most of their lives. Seeing my family struggle inspired me to aim higher. But despite my best efforts, I still found myself drowning in debt.

Once I started my business, I realized that the methods I used could help others like me who wanted the same but didn’t grow up with the framework to make it happen. So I made it my mission to help as many people as possible create while keeping room for naps and doctor visits.
